Beyt Architects has been asked to propose a feasibility study for a residential multi-use development in Lewisham. The proposal comprises of  GF + ten stories of thirty-eight new homes of which are private and social rented.

The building serves as a transition in the urban context in between a series of seventeen story buildings and the wider lower scale ones.
