Project designed and developed by JCA Architects, where Jorge Cortes had a role as Project Architect during his time with the firm in 2019 and was involved in the design of the project.

JCA have sought to provide a housing masterplan that balances the heritage views and key viewing corridors, a critical part of the proposal when considered by the local authority.

Ultimately, the buildings need to respond in a modern way to the ‘Hove vernacular’, balancing the formal square, period architecture, modern interventions and the on-the-ground culture of a liberal educated community.
