This refurbishment and extension takes place in an historical area of Madrid, where the typology of town houses gives the opportunity to express backyards and patios.

The space connects vertically through floors at mid height, that have visual connections with the outdoor space. Bespoke bookcases and concrete furniture give a special character to the house.
