Project designed and developed by T.Zed Architects, where Nadia Doukhi had a role as Project Architect during 2016-2017 and was involved in the design and the construction of the project.

 

KOA Canvas is a mixed-use development that comprises of retail, residential components, co-working spaces and a multipurpose outdoor amphitheatre catering for residents and members. The project aims to redefine the way residential living has been largely conceived in Dubai offering beautifully designed spaces with bespoke details that use clean, natural materials and textures inspired from their direct environment and ultimately becoming the Canvas for the users that will inhabit it.
