Sacred Tones is a wellness and sound healing studio in Parsons Green designed as a calm and restorative retreat from the pace of contemporary city life. The interior architecture centres around softness, balance, and sensory atmosphere, combining muted tonal palettes, natural textures, tactile materials, and carefully controlled lighting to create a space that feels grounding and intimate.
Throughout the studio, the design supports practices such as sound healing, meditation, breathwork, and energy work through an environment that prioritises stillness, warmth, and emotional ease. Layered materiality, restrained detailing, and a considered spatial rhythm establish a sense of quiet permanence, allowing the project to function not only as a wellness destination, but as a carefully composed interior experience shaped around restoration, presence, and reflection
