The simple house is located in a village perched on a mountain overlooking the sea and a grove of cherry trees and the use of local stone makes the building merge with the surroundings. Regulations limit the total built-up space to a maximum of 25 m2. To simplify the layout of such a small space, one of the side walls thickens to accommodate storage spaces, cupboards and fireplace, releasing the rest of the house and leaving the space completely fluid and open.
